Comission progress

How do i order a Commissio?Step 1.
Make sure I’m currently accepting commissions.Step 2.
Add me and send a message via Discord: Silly_Monke01Step 3.
Include the type of commission you’d like to order and attach references of your character(s) and describe your idea (such as poses, emotions and any other details).Step 4.
Once we agree on the commission im going to prepare a concept sketch

Sketch & Review
I will create a sketched version of the artwork and send it to you for review and approval. During the sketch process,
any adjustments and changes can be made.Payment
After sketch Aproval, the payment will be required before I proceed with finnishing the artwork.
i wont accept half or partly Payments. i only go by payment after skech.Always keep a screenshot of the payment confirmation and send it to me.finishing the Artwork:
Once payment is received, I will complete the artwork and deliver the final artpiece.

Refunds

Before the commission Begins
You may cancel at any time if the payment hasn’t been Sent yet or neither the sketch was started.During the Art progress
Refunds can only take place before the first sketch was sent by me.
The commission is not refundable once I’ve started working on it.Finished Artwork
Once a commission is completed and delivered, no refunds will be issued.

Artist-Initiated Refunds
If i cancel your order due to personal circumstances or not beeing able to complete your Commission, I will provide a full refund.
This is the only exception

Time of Service:

my TOS
1-4 weeks +I am NOT a full-time artist.
the Service Time might extend in case of personal commitments or larger commissions, especially if they involve more characters, complexity and details such as rendered artworks.weekend times
usually im taking the weekends friday/saturday/sunday off to prevent possible burnouts.
I am always reachable through Discord DM's also over the weekends

My Time Zone: UTC +1 / +2

im Based in Germany,
so there may be some delays in communication due to the time zone differences.
I will always be responding as soon as possible.
